Project Management
telent adopt a Project Management methodology based on PRINCE2 principles. We work with you throughout the project to ensure we complete your project within agreed timescales, to the correct specification, and within budget.
Our Project Management practitioners will be allocated to your project, at point of ordering and will liaise with you, and our internal procurement and engineering teams, and any third parties to ensure the delivery of your project meets or exceeds your expectations.
Dependant on the scope of the project, we offer three levels of Project Management.
Platinum
Our Platinum package provides review meetings as required, BIS attendance and a post completion audit in addition to the elements of the gold package.
Gold
Our Gold package provides a project initiation meeting complete with documentation, a full project plan and a site document pack in addition to the elements of the silver package.
Silver
Our Silver package provides Scope of Works, Method Statements and a Risk Register to ensure your project is completed on time, in budget and meeting all quality expectations.
Additionally, if required we can enhance any of our Project Management options to a bespoke offering to meet the exact requirements of your business.
