The Solidus eCare™ 5.0 and Solidus eCare™ 6.0 solutions are an IP and Mobility-enabled virtual Contact Centre consisting of powerful software applications focussed on the agent, management and self-service functions, providing ‘skills based’ routing and a single point of management and an integrated management information system.
