Premises Networks Management Plc was formed in 1996.

In partnership with Ericsson UK, Premises Networks was successfully awarded the contract to provide a complete telecommunications service to Centrica plc. The company rapidly developed a sterling reputation based on their excellent service, which in turn created a strong demand for services and products that has evolved into a large client base.
